Cycling Industry Leaders’ Breakfast
On Thursday 5 September from 8am to 10am, the Cycling Industry Leaders’ Breakfast will take place. At this event, Ádám Bodor, Advocacy and EuroVelo Director at the European Cyclists’ Federation, will discuss the impact of EU policies on cycling in Europe and how we can influence these policies for the benefit of cycling. The Cycling Industry Leaders’ Breakfast is a high-level networking and industry development event for Owners, Presidents, Chief Executives and senior Directors in the world’s leading cycling industry companies organised by Cycling Industries Europe, European Cyclists’ Federation, CONEBI and World Federation Sporting Goods Industries in partnership with EUROBIKE.

The Baltic Sea Cycle Route – Joint efforts to promote EuroVelo 10
On Friday 6 September at 11.45am, Sebastian Hugo Witzel, Project Manager of Baltic Sea Cooperation at Tourismusverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V., will give a lecture on EuroVelo 10 – Baltic Sea Cycle Routeas an example of how cross-border cooperation can improve the marketing of the region and increase the sustainability of tourism in the region. Based on comprehensive empirical data for Denmark, Germany and Poland he will discuss insights for the future strategic direction of the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. EuroVelo 10 – Baltic Sea Cycle Route is being developed as part of the Biking South Baltic! project funded by Interreg South Baltic.
